Important: WardataLab provides intelligence data for informational purposes only. Data should not be used as the sole basis for military, financial, or safety decisions. All conflict data, predictions, and analyses are estimates based on open-source information.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • By accessing or using WardataLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • WardataLab is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform that aggregates publicly available military, conflict, and geopolitical data for informational and analytical purposes.
  • The Service provides military equipment databases, conflict monitoring, satellite and flight tracking, and AI-powered analytics. All data is derived from publicly available sources.
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information presented on the platform.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) harass, threaten, or harm any individual, (c) distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks, (d) scrape data beyond API rate limits, or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary algorithms or models used by the Service.

SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

  • Free tier access is available without payment. Paid tiers (Analyst, Operator) require a valid payment method.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@wardatalab.ai for refund requests.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The WardataLab platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of WardataLab and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Data aggregated from open sources remains subject to the original source's licensing terms.
  • Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to the platform or its content.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without express written permission.

API USAGE

  • API access is available to Operator-tier subscribers and approved enterprise clients.
  • API usage is subject to rate limits. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
  • Data obtained through the API may not be used to create a competing service.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice.

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • AI-generated predictions and analyses are probabilistic estimates and should be treated as supplementary information, not definitive assessments.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARDATALAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to WardataLab in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on data or analyses provided by the platform.

TERMINATION

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
